Farrer School Foundation
Creating Legacies, Building Brighter Futures

The Farrer School Foundation is the charitable arm of our school community, created from a powerful belief:
every Farrer boy deserves the chance to thrive, no matter his background or the challenges his family may face.

Established in 2007, the Foundation supports the students and broader community of Farrer Memorial Agricultural High School, one of only three public boarding schools in NSW, and a cornerstone of rural education in Australia.

For many boys, Farrer is more than a school.
It’s a home. A working farm. A launching pad.
But life on the land can be tough. Droughts, bushfires, and financial pressures are real barriers.
That’s where the Foundation steps in.

Through the generous support of Old Boys and donors, the Farrer Foundation provides:
-
Scholarships and bursaries for students doing it tough
-
Upgrades to boarding facilities to improve comfort and safety
-
Resources for learning, sport and wellbeing
-
Investment in capital improvements that secure the future of the school

When you support the Foundation, you’re not just giving a hand-up to a student, you’re helping shape a future leader, changemaker, or community contributor.
Every donation creates a ripple.
Every story matters.
Every Old Boy can make a difference.
